I love it reading posts about what other people carry in their makeup bags. It’s a really fun way to learn about new products that you didn’t know you couldn’t live without!
My daily makeup bag goes with me everywhere… work, a night out with friends and even on dates. If I could carry my whole makeup collection with me everywhere I totally would, but these are my bare essentials!
Firstly, I can’t live without my Pixi by Petra Hydrating Milky Mist which I spritz on throughout the day to keep my skin moisturized and glowing. The blend of black oat, provitamin A and linoleic acid keeps my skin from drying out and gives a much needed burst of energy.
For a quick fix, if needed, I rely on MAC Studio Fix powder which provides a matte finish with good coverage. It’s light and effortlessly covers up any little imperfections. MAC Powder Blush in Modern Mandarin is a gorgeous pinky-orange color which injects a little life back into my cheeks after particularly long days!
I make sure I always have lipstick with me no matter where I go. You never know when you might need a touch of glam! Barry M lipstick in 151 Sunset, Maybelline Color Drama Intense Velvet Lip Pencil in 401 Fab Orange and Eve Lom Kiss Mix are my go-to for a quick lip fix.
I also can’t go anywhere without a mini compact hairbrush to keep my unruly hair in check, some good hand moisturizer and a bottle of & Other Stories Botanic Whisper Body Mist which is a refreshing fragrance with orange and a hint of coriander.
