I Was Made for Sunny Days

I’m super psyched that tropical prints are in this season but I have yet to find the perfect fitting top or skirt in a print that I love and can afford! Until then, I’m trying to channel the tropical vibe this summer through fun accessories and makeup.

To beat the humidity I’ve been keeping it light with these awesome boyfriend jeans from Topshop which are both budget friendly and flattering, a loose fitting t-shirt and a pair of classic trainers from Superga. I went for a slightly  off-white color called “grey seashell” since the white ones were a bit too bright for me personally.

I got the green and white striped Holding Horses clutch on sale a few years ago at Anthropologie. I love the vintage feel of it and that it reminds me of something a glamorous woman might have carried in 1950’s Cannes!

The jewelry is from & Other Stories – which I am currently obsessed with! Their collection of jewelry is super affordable, modern and always on point.

I like to go for a bright nail polish in the summer to liven up my outfits. A vibrant green or a bold fuchsia are evocative of the tropics!
